Educational information only
The site provides independent educational information about television picture quality, video standards, signal processing, display behavior, HDR, measurement, calibration, equipment, software, settings, and viewing conditions.
The content is general information, not a guarantee that a particular method, setting, device, accessory, or workflow will be correct or safe for every television, source device, room, firmware version, signal format, or viewer. Product features, menu names, compatibility, and behavior may vary by manufacturer, model, screen size, region, software version, input, and operating mode.
Calibration, equipment, and configuration responsibility
The site can help you understand measurement and calibration, but it does not guarantee professional-calibration results or replace qualified service when safety, installation, repair, electrical work, or precision measurement is required.
You are responsible for changes you make to picture settings, service menus, source devices, software, test-pattern sources, network settings, equipment connections, room setup, and related configurations.
